Journal of International Leadership Studies: Theories and Practices is a peer-reviewed journal. The articles submitted to this journal are reviewed by Editorial Board and at least two referees. Then the authors are acknowledged about the revision and expected to conduct necessary changes. The articles are examined by the Editorial Board in advance. In this examination, it is regarded whether the topics of the article is up-to-date; whether the researches have contributions into leadership and whether the articles are written according to the format asked by the journal.
The articles which are not written considering the requirements in the format in Journal of International Leadership Studies: Theories and Practices are directly rejected and submitted back to the authors. The articles having these requirements are administered to the referees. The necessary changes asked by the Editorial Board and the referees are submitted to the authors; and they are supposed to revise the articles accordingly. All the articles are examined for plagiarism in the examination process in case they have some similarities with the other texts and matches with the other texts.

The authors are asked to confirm the latest revision so as to publish the articles confirmed by the Editorial Board and the referees.
