KOSGEB'İN GİRİŞİMCİLİK EĞİTİMİ UYGULAMALARINDAKİ GİRİŞİMCİLİK TESTİNDE BAŞARI SEVİYESİNİN BELİRLENMESİ VE GİRİŞİMCİLİK BEKLENTİLERİ İLE GİRİŞİMCİLİK DESTEK PROGRAMININ ANALİZİ

Abstract

Herhangi bir ülkede geçişte olan politik ve ekonomik dönüşümün özünü küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmelerin yaratılması, girişimciliğin geliştirilmesi ve özel sektörler oluşturmaktadır. Ekonomik gelişmenin başlıca itici güçlerinden biri olarak kabul edilmektedirler. KOBİ'ler özel mülkiyet ve girişimcilik becerilerini teşvik etmek konusunda esnek olmakta ve değişen piyasa talebi ve tedarik durumlarına hızla uyum sağlayabilmekte, istihdam yaratmakta, ekonomik aktiviteyi çeşitlendirmeye yardımcı olmakta ve ihracat-ticarete önemli bir katkı sağlamaktadırlar. KOBİ'ler ayrıca inovasyon ve ileri teknolojide, büyük işletmeler haline gelen küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmelerin çoğunun esneklik ve yaratıcılıklarından dolayı önemli rol oynamaktadırlar. Ülkelerin ekonomik gelişiminden istihdam oranlarına, endüstriyel yeterlilikten politik bağımsızlığına kadar ülkemizi etkileyen konularda birçok başarılı girişim politikalarının KOSGEB’in girişimcilik destek modelleri ile gerçekleştirildiği görülmüştür.

ANALYSIS OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP SUPPORT PROGRAM WITHIN EXPECTATIONS OF ENTREPRENEURS AND DETERMINATION OF LEVEL OF SUCCESS ON ENTREPRENEURSHIP TEST OF KOSGEB APPLIED ENTREPRENEURSHIP EDUCATION APPLICANTS

Abstract

The core of the political and economic transformation of any country in transitionis the creation of the private sector, the development of entrepreneurship and creation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). They are considered to be one of the principal driving forces in economic development. SMEs stimulate private ownership and entrepreneurial skills, they are flexible and can adapt quickly to changing market demand and supply situations, they generate employment, help diversify economic activity and make a significant contribution to exports and trade. SMEs also play an important role in innovation and the high-tech business, due to their flexibility and creativity many of them became large businesses.From the economical development of the countires to employment rates, industrial competence to political independence many succesful ventures policies on issues affecting our country, has been realized with the KOSGEB entrepreneurship support model.
