Abstract

In this study, organizational trust is discussed in the context of the current perspectives with the aim of reviewing the current literature in a holistic way. The study begins with an introduction dealing with the conceptualization efforts of organizational trust and continues to present the concepts of building, maintaining and repairing of trust. After a section about levels of analysis of trust, the ways in which organizational trust is affected by social context generated by the values, attitudes, emotions and cultural environment is discussed. The final section of the paper offers some research questions for further researches.

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, örgütlerde güven konusu, güncel bakış açıları bağlamında ele alınmış ve mevcut yazının bütünlüklü bir yeniden gözden geçirilişi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma, örgütlerde güvene dair kavramsallaştırma çabalarını ele alan bir giriş bölümüyle başlamakta ve güvenin oluşumu, bozulması ve onarılmasını konu alan bölümle devam etmektedir. Örgütlerde güven konusunun analiz düzeylerine dair bir tartışmanın ardından, güvenin değerler, tutumlar, duygular ve kültürel çevrenin oluşturduğu sosyal bağlamdan nasıl etkilendiği ele alınmıştır. Çalışma güven konusunda yapılacak çalışmalara yön verebilecek araştırma sorularıyla sonuçlanmaktadır.
