COMPARISON OF LASER CUTTING MACHINES IN PRODUCTION COMPANIES WITH PROMETHEE METHOD

Abstract

Managers must think many evaluation criteria together. Some of these criteria values must be higher, but some of them must be low. Promethee method enables to evaluate of these opposite values. In this study, laser cutting machines will be compared according to working accuracy, cutting speed, point to point speed, acceleration and axis movement evaluation criteria by using Promethee method. Working accuracy value differs from the other evaluation criteria because lower working accuracy value is preferable

Abstract

Karar verme sürecinde yöneticiler çok sayıda değerlendirme ölçütünübirarada düşünmek zorundadır. Bu ölçütlerden bazılarının değerlerinin mümkün olduğunca yüksek çıkması bazılarının ise küçük olması arzu edilen durumdur. Bu zıt yapıdaki değerlerin birarada incelenmesine olanak sağlayan çok ölçütlü karar verme yöntemlerinden birisi Promethee’dir. Bu çalışma kapsamında, çalışma hassasiyeti, kesim hızı, konumlama hızı, ivme ve eksen derinliği değerlendirme ölçütlerine göre lazer kesme makineleri Promethee yöntemi kullanılarak karşılaştırılacaktır. Bu ölçütlerden çalışma hassasiyet değerinin küçük olması istenen özellik olarak farklılık göstermektedir.
