THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE HAPPINESS LEVELS OF COACHING SERVICE TAKERS, TURNOVER INTENTION AND LIFE SATISFACTION

Abstract

This study has aimed to make a research about the relationship between the happiness levels of employees, turnover intention and life satisfaction. This research includes 114 valid questionnaires, the frequency distribution related to demographic characteristics, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability test results, Kolmogorov-Smirnov normal distribution tests and the results of the correlation analyses. The negative relationship between the four factors of the happiness variable and the variable of turnover intention, the positive relationship between the variables; the happiness levels of coaching service taker employees and life satisfaction, and the negative relationship between turnover intention and life satisfaction variables were identified

KOÇLUK HİZMETİ ALAN ÇALIŞANLARIN MUTLULUK DÜZEYLERİYLE İŞTEN AYRILMA NİYETİ VE YAŞAM DOYUMU ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ

Abstract

Bu çalışma, koçluk hizmeti alan çalışanların mutluluk düzeyleriyle işten ayrılma niyeti ve yaşam doyumu arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırmayı amaçlamıştır. Bu araştırma, anketi dolduran 114 kişinin demografik özelliklerine ait frekans dağılımlarını, betimsel istatistikleri, faktör analizi, güvenilirlik analizleri, Kolmogorov-Smirnov normal dağılım testleri ve korelasyon analizleri sonuçlarını içermektedir. Mutluluk değişkeninin dört faktörü ile işten ayrılma niyeti değişkeni arasında anlamlı ters yönlü ilişki, mutluluk düzeyleri ile yaşam doyumu değişkeni arasında aynı yönlü ilişki, işten ayrılma niyeti ve yaşam doyumu değişkeni arasında ise ters yönlü ilişki belirlenmiştir.
