Yüzme Hakemlerinde Örgütsel Bağlılık İle İş Tatmini Arasındaki İlişkinin Kanonik Korelasyon Analizi İle İncelenmesi

Year 2011, Volume: 7 Issue: 13, 163 - 186, 01.06.2011

Abstract

EXAMINING THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN JOB SATISFACTION AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT OF THE SWIMMING REFEREES WITH CANONICAL CORRELATION ANALYSIS

Year 2011, Volume: 7 Issue: 13, 163 - 186, 01.06.2011

Abstract

Organizational commitment can be described as a belief in an idea, person, system or organization. It is intentionally and regularly spending time for something due to sense of responsibility or agreement. Members‟ feelings to the organization are the most important factors in his/her performance‟s efficiency and effectiveness. It is expected that person with high job satisfaction and organizational commitment could make high contribution to the success of the organization. In this study, the relationship between the level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the swimming referees is searched with canonical correlation analysis which is the most appropriate multivariate statistical technique. Empirical findings of the study between job satisfaction and organizational commitment are statistically significant, however, the relation is at the moderate in practical sense
