BUSINESS ACHIEVEMENT ENHANCEMENT IN THE GLOBAL ENVIRONMENT THROUGH MINDSET

Abstract

Today‟s markets are faster-moving, more diverse, and more competitive than ever before. By its very nature, the hypercompetitive landscape has become precipitously more dynamic, intense, aggressive, and at the same time has become deregulated, technology intensive, and global in scope. Today‟s managers and executives must find innovative ways to meet the challenges posed by new information and its applications, globalization, rapid change, and intensifying competition. This requires a new way of thinking. Therefore, varying mindsets or mental orientations enable the same objective challenges to be comprehended differently by different executives and top management teams. It is the aim of this article to provide firms with guidance in developing an effective mindset for high performance and deed

Abstract

Bugünün pazarları şimdiye kadar olduğundan çok daha fazla hareketli, çeşitli ve rekabetçidir. Hiper rekabetçi alan, fazlasıyla değişken ve yüksek derecede dinamik, yoğun ve agresiftir. Yine söz konusu alan, kendi içerisinde serbest, teknoloji yoğun ve globaldir. Bugünün yöneticileri ve idarecileri, şiddetlenen rekabet, yeni enformasyon ve onun uygulanması, globalizasyon ve hızlı değişimle birlikte ortaya çıkan meydan okumalara karşılık vermek için yeni bir düşünme tarzına gereksinim duymaktadır. Bu nedenle, değişen akıl setleri veya zihinsel yönelimler, aynı amaçtaki meydan okumaların birbirinden farklı yöneticiler ve tepe yönetimi takımları tarafından farklı biçimde algılanmasına olanak vermektedir. Bu makalenin amacı, işletme başarısı ve yüksek performans için etkili akıl setlerinin geliştirilmesinde işletmelere yol göstericilik edilmesidir.
