Abstract

Museums should apply new marketing technics and methods to endure in the developing and changing environment. With this approach, museums can supply costumer satisfaction and convict them to visit and donate. So that they can provide resource to service costumer. In this study, marketing museum and customer relations were emphasized and a research that will contribute to market Mevlana Museum of Konya was discussed

Müze Pazarlamasında Müşteri İlişkileri ve Deneyimleri Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Müzeler, gelişen ve değişen çevrede ayakta kalabilmek için yeni pazarlama yöntem ve tekniklerini uygulamak durumundadır. Bu sayede müzeler, müşteri memnuniyeti elde edebilir ve müşterilerin kendilerini ziyaret etmelerini ve hizmetlerine devam etmek için bağışta bulunmalarını sağlayabilirler. Bu çalışmada, müzelerde pazarlama ve müşteri ilişkisi üzerinde durulmakta ve Konya Mevlana Müzesi’nin pazarlanmasına katkı sağlayacak bir araştırmaya yer verilmektedir.
