With the development of technology, the use of internet is gradually increasing in every age group. Thanks to internet technology, information can reach many internet users in a short time. Social media has an important place in tourism marketing in this sense. In this study, it has been tried to examine Mardin-related photos in social media in terms of touristic marketing. User accounts of public institutions and private enterprises sharing on the social network platform were examined and information about the content of these pages was given. In line with this information, when the number of followers, shares and likes were examined, it was determined that the shares related to Mardin were shared on Instagram and used more actively than other social media platforms.
