Assoc. Prof. Dr. Serkan ŞENKAL started his academic career as a lecturer in 2009 and completed his PhD in 2024. He has worked on data decomposition and wavelet/artificial neural network-based models for wind speed forecasting in renewable energy. Since 2009, he has been working at Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University, Turhal Vocational School, and has been teaching in the Department of Electronics and Automation. He has also served as vice director and head of the department in various periods.

Prof Dr Ismail Rakip Karas was the Member of Executive Committee in CAYDAG-TUBITAK (A committee under the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey) between 2017 and 2019. He has also carried out administrative duties such as Head of Computer Science Division of the Department, Director of Safranbolu Vocational School, Dean of Safranbolu Fine Art and Design Faculty, and acting Dean of Faculty of Architecture in the Karabük University. Currently, he is the Deputy Rector in the same university. As a keynote speaker, Prof Karas has been invited to the different high level conferences. He is the author of more than a hundred international and Turkish publications and papers on various areas of Geoinformation Science. He has organized and chaired some important conferences and workshops such as Geo-Advances 2017. He is in the editorial board of "International Journal of Geo-Spatial Knowledge and Intelligence", "American Journal of Geographic Information System", and some others. He has involved in Tubitak, EU, and other national and international projects and got various awards and supports during his research activities. Zakaria Boumerzoug is a professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Biskra. He was the head of the mechanical engineering department at the University of Biskra from 1998 to 2004 and head of the metallurgy department at the University of Biskra from 2004 to 2009. Teacher at the University of Biskra, from 1992 until our days. He has organized one international conference and 13 national conferences and workshops. He is responsible for doctoral training in metallurgy. He supervised more than 30 doctoral students. He has published more than 90 research articles, three books (Metallic materials and their industrial applications, Welding of metallic materials, and Wiredrawing of metallic materials), two book chapters, and edited one book (Advanced Materials Design and Mechanics) in the field of materials science. He has one patent. He led 10 national scientific projects and one international project with the University of Mons (Belgium). He has been a member and guest editor of some international conferences. He has participated in more than fifty international conferences as a participant ( with poster and oral presentations) and also as guest speaker.
