yayınların ilmî, edebî ve içtimaî açıdan değeri şüphesiz inkâr edilemez.
1910-1911 yıllarında yayımlanan Osmanlı mecmualarından biri olan Tecellî, kısa
soluklu bir dergi olmasına rağmen siyasî, edebî, felsefî, tarihî, içtimaî,
ahlâkî ve iktisadî içerikli olması yönünden büyük öneme sahiptir. Ayrıca II.
Meşrutiyet dönemi edebiyatına dair bize önemli örnekler sunarak o dönemin
edebiyatına ışık tutması yönüyle büyük önem arz eder.

Abstract
The value of periodicals cannot be undeniable in terms of
scientific, literary and social. Tajalli (Transfiguration), one of the
Ottoman periodicals published in 1910-1911, is of great importance for being
political, literary, philosophical, historical, social, moral and economic
content, although it is a short-term magazine. Also it is of great importance
in terms of shedding light on the literature, of Constitution Period II by
providing us with important examples of the literature of that period.
