Abstract
In this study, it was aimed to determine the effect of worklife quality of nurses working in health institutions on social loafing behavior. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied to 224 nurses working in Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University Health Practice and Research Hospital in Kahramanmaraş. In this study, frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA test, correlation and regression analysis were performed. As a result, it has been determined that the quality of worklife in nurses has a statistically significant and negative effect on the perception of social loafing. It was determined that the job perception sub-dimension, which is one of the sub-dimensions of worklife quality, significantly and negatively affected the perception of social loafing.
