Hemiplejik Bir Hastada Heterotopik Ossifikasyon: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

   Heterotopik ossifikasyon, normalde olmaması gereken dokuda yeni kemik oluşumu ile karakterize klinik bir durumdur. Heterotopik ossifikasyon, omurilik yaralanmaları, travma ve artroplasti operasyonlarından sonra oldukça sık görülmektedir. Hemipleji sonrası nadir (0.5-1.2 %) görülmektedir. Bu yazıda intraserebral hemoraji sonrası sağ kalçada heterotopik ossifikasyon gelişen bir erkek hasta güncel literatür eşliğinde sunulmaktadır.
