COVID-19 Tanılı Yenidoğanın Hemşirelik Yönetimi: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Özet

COVID-19 enfeksiyonu tüm dünyayı etkisi altına almıştır. Hastalık, her yaş grubundan kişiyi enfekte edebilmektedir. COVID-19 tanılı yenidoğanların izlemi ve destekleyici bakımının sağlanması önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bu olguda, yenidoğan döneminde COVID-19’un hemşirelik bakımının vurgulanması amaçlanmıştır. COVID-19 tanılı olgu, tedavi ve bakım sürecinde hemşirelik uygulamalarına örnek olmanın yanı sıra, sağlıklı bir şekilde üniteden taburcu olması nedeniyle sunulan bakım açısından dikkat çekmektedir. Olgunun hemşirelik bakımı, hemşirelik tanılarına göre sunulmuştur. Olgunun klinik özellikleri ve alınan veriler doğrultusunda Yenidoğan Yoğun Bakım Ünitesi’nde sunulan hemşirelik bakımından elde edilen sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir.

Abstract

COVID-19 infection has been overwhelming the whole world. The disease can infect any individual from any age group. Monitoring and supportive care have an important place for newborns who are diagnosed with COVID-19. Emphasizing the nursing care of COVID-19 in the neonatal period was aimed in the present case. The COVID-19 diagnosed case is an example for nursing practices during the treatment and care processes as well as it attracts the attention due to the care provided, as the case was healthily discharged from the unit. Nursing care of the case was presented according to the nursing diagnoses. Towards clinical features of the case and the obtained data, the results from the nursing care which was provided in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit were evaluated.
