Kardiyolojide Yenilik Sol Atriyal Apendiks Kapama ve Hemşirelik Bakımı: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Özet

Atriyal fibrilasyon yaygın rastlanan aritmi çeşitlerindendir. Atriyal fibrilasyonun en önemli komplikasyonlarından biri inmedir. Atriyal fibrilasyon tedavisinde amaç embolinin önlenmesidir. İnmeye yol açan trombüsün en önemli kaynağının sol atriyal apendiks olduğu bildiren çalışmalar mevcuttr. Uzun dönem oral antikoagülan tedavisinde birçok hastada ciddi sorunlar yaşanmaktadır. Bu nedenlerden dolayı dünyada ve ülkemizde yeni tedavi yöntemi olarak sol atriyal apendiks kapama yapılmaya başlanmıştır. Bu yazıda sol atriyal apendiks kapama işlemi yapılan üç olgunun hemşirelik bakımı aktarılacaktır. İşlem sonrası olgular yoğun bakımda takip edildi ve burada yaşam aktiviteleri modeline göre hemşirelik bakımı planlanarak bakım verildi. Sonuçlara yönelik hemşirelik girişimlerinin model kullanılarak planlanması hemşirelik bakımını daha sistemli hale getirdiği için alana katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.

Abstract

Atrial fibrillation is a common arrhythmia. One of the most important complications of atrial fibrillation is stroke. The purpose of atrial fibrillation treatment is to prevent embolism. Studies are reporting that the most important source of thrombus causing stroke is the left atrial appendage. Many patients experience serious problems in longterm oral anticoagulant therapy. For these reasons, the left atrial appendage closure has begun as a new treatment method in the world and in our country. In this article, nursing care of three cases with left atrial appendage closure will be presented. After the procedure, the patients were followed up in the intensive care unit, and nursing care was planned and provided according to the life activities model. It is thought that planning results-oriented nursing interventions using a model will make nursing care more systematic and contribute to the field.
