Submission of articles and evaluations of the Scientific Advisory Board Members are carried out electronically. If there are quotations, tables, pictures, figures, etc., published previously in the article, it is obligatory to obtain written permission from the publishing right owner and authors and upload this permission to the journal system during article submission. In addition, it should indicate that permission has been obtained in the text of the article. Abstracts presented in scientific meetings are accepted on the condition that they are stated in the article. In addition, detailed information about the abstracts published in the special issues of the journals should be intricated.
The timeliness of the article, its contribution to the practices, and the compliance of the article with the journal writing rules are evaluated by the editorial board within five (5) days. Manuscripts that do not comply with the journal's spelling rules are returned to the responsible author for correction. Articles that are candidates for publication are evaluated by two (2) consultants who are experts in their fields within one (1) month. If a correction is requested, the authors send the revised article to the journal within one (1) week. If necessary, this period can be extended by the editor's decision. Depending on the quality of the corrections requested by the reviewers, the article that is corrected and sent back to the journal is evaluated by the referees within three (3) weeks or the review is completed by the editor without sending it to their reviewers.
In order for the article deemed suitable for publication to be published, approval is obtained on the final form. The number of the journal and the number in which the article will be published is notified to the corresponding author. This evaluation process covers all types of articles submitted to the journal. After the article is sent to the journal for publication, none of the authors can be deleted from the list of authors without the written permission of all authors, and no names can be added as authors and the order of the authors cannot be changed.
