Abstract

Abstract
Oral anticoagulants (OACs) and antiplatelet agents are widely used in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Bleeding management during dental procedures in patients using these medications is a significant clinical challenge. This review examines current guidelines and recent approaches to bleeding control in dental interventions, evaluating the effectiveness of minimally invasive techniques and local hemostatic agents.
