Some Considerations About A Qur’an Manuscript Reference Number: 1326 in the Vahit Pasha Library

Abstract

The Qur’an Manuscript (dated H. 555) in the Kütahya Vahit Pasha Liberary, has attracted the attention and curiosity of many researchers who visit this place. To learn the story of this Manuscript which has been preserved pretty solid until today, it was necesary to attempt and make a preliminary examination.  For this purpose we wanted to present the results of this first attempt which is just in a preliminary phase as research notes for the interested researchers. So the main aim of these notes is to be stepping stone for further research.

VAHİD PAŞA KÜTÜPHANESİ 1326 NO’LU EL YAZMASI KUR’ÂN-I KERÎM HAKKINDA BAZI MÜLAHAZALAR

Abstract

Kütahya Vahit Paşa Kütüphanesi’nde bulunan el yazması Kur’ân-ı Kerîm, burayı ziyaret eden pek çok araştırmacının dikkatini çekmekte ve merak uyandırmaktadır. Kütahya’nın serin ve kuru havasının da etkisiyle olsa gerek oldukça sağlam bir şekilde günümüze kadar korunmuş olan Mushaf-ı şerif’in hikâyesini öğrenmek adına bir ön incelemenin yapılması gerekli görülmüş ve bunun için girişimde bulunulmuştur. Bu amaçla gerçekleştirilen ve özellikle Kur’ân tarihi ve tefsir uzmanları için yalnızca bir ön hazırlık niteliğinde olan bu ilk girişimin sonuçlarını, araştırma notları olarak hizmete sunmayı uygun gördük.
