There are two fundamental mandates of the Constipations in most of the states. Establishing thepolitical society to found and stabilise the democracy and founding state government /power and determining rules to control and limit this power are two fundamental duties of the modem constitutions. For a long time Tunusia has been governed under a dictatorial system and in 2011 with the start of the Arab spring social movements there has been a transition to democracy in Tunusia. In 2014 Tunusia has been the only successfill country which completed this transistion in a constmctive way and has been succesfill in getting a democraticaly made constitution. Turkey has been democratic state especiaaly from 1950 elections as the first fair and free elections with the multi party particioation. However, it has been several military interventions to civilian governments and democracy in 1960, 1971, 1980, 28 February era postmodern military intervention, 27 April military eintervention and 15 July coup deta attempt. So stil it is a big need in Turkey to make a civilian nd emocratic constitution. The Artical very basically looks at the introductory explanation of a democratic constitution making in Tunusia after 2011 revolution that lead to Arab Spring. It tryies to compare the constitution making experiences both in Tunusia and Turkey.
