Aim & Scope
The aims of the journal are the publication and promote both fundamental and applied achievements. The journal covers international practices as well as today's tendencies and trends in respective fields.
Objectives
- to form new views based on modern scientific approaches and academic polemic;
- to publish, present and disseminate scientific works by authors all around the globe, latest information and best practices in studying topical issues of computer science, automobile transport, architecture and construction, engineering education;
- to provide opportunities for professional communication to a wide range of researchers and specialists in various fields of sciences;
- to support conceptual and empirical discussions on fundamental and applied issues of academic research in the field of engineering economics, engineering education;
- to promote theoretical and practical research in various fields of knowledge;
- to provide an opportunity to learn about relevant scientific research activities to all interested readers from all over the globe;
- to inform the professional community of new relevant publications and research projects;
- to establish and enhance scientific relations between international research community and scientists;
- to encourage young researchers to become a part of the professional community.
INJIRR welcomes original research articles, field work achievements and practical experimental results for the next issue with subject of interest in Natural and Applied Sciences and Engineering, which includes, but not limited to Biology, Life Sciences, Physics, Chemistry, Medical Sciences, Paramedical Sciences, Animal Sciences, Health Sciences, Agriculture, Food Science and Nutrition. Any inter-disciplined research work that is found appropriate to the scope of the journal by the Editor will also be considered for peer review and publication.
Writing Rules
Your Paper, Your Way requirements
- Authors may submit their manuscript (text, figures and tables) as a single file. This can be a Word or PDF file, in any format or layout, and figures and tables can be placed within the text.
- Figures should be of high enough quality for refereeing.
- There are no strict formatting requirements but all manuscripts must contain the essential elements needed to evaluate a manuscript (Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results, Conclusions, Artwork and Tables with Captions).
- References can be in any style or format, as long as the style is consistent. Author(s) name(s), journal title/book title, article title (where required), year of publication, volume & issue /book chapter and the pagination must be present. Use of DOI is highly encouraged. The reference style used by the journal will be applied to the accepted article at proof stage.
- When a paper reaches the revision stage, authors will be requested to deliver any items that are still required for publication, for example editable source files.
- In the copyediting stage, or earlier if author wants to do so, a bibtex formatted references file must be uploaded in the upload revisions section, selecting References from the dropdown list of Article Components.
Ethical Principles and Publication Policy
ETHICAL PRINCIPLES
INJIRR, Agriculture, Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Sociology, Social Psychology, Education etc. is a refereed journal published in accordance with the ethical principles and rules stated below in order to publish qualified scientific articles. The articles sent to the INJIRR are evaluated through a double-sided blind review process and are published electronically with free access. Below are the ethical responsibilities, roles and duties of the authors, journal editor, referees and publishers. The ethical principles and rules below are listed in the ' Committe on Publication Ethics - COPE ( https://publicationethics.org/)) prepared according to the directive. In addition, information was provided in the Third Sector Journal of Social Economics regarding the cases considered plagiarism and unethical behavior.
Authors
All sources used in the articles (authors, online pages, personal interviews, etc.) should be cited correctly and appropriately.
It should be noted that the articles submitted to the journal are not sent to another journal and the Copyright Transfer Form ( http://www.injirr.com) must be filled.
Individuals who do not contribute to the article intellectually should not be specified as authors .
Conflicts of interest regarding the submitted article should be stated and the reason should be explained.
The authors may be asked to transmit the raw data regarding their work to the editorial board while the referee is in the process, in which case the authors are expected to share the raw data with the editorial board. The authors are responsible for keeping the data for a published article for 5 years .
When the authors detect a mistake in their work, they should inform the editor and the editorial board and cooperate for the correction or withdrawal process.
referees
All articles submitted to the INJIRR are evaluated through a double-sided blind review process. Double-sided blind refereeing means that the authors are kept secret from the referees and the referees from the authors in order to ensure an objective, independent and independent evaluation process. The articles are sent to the referees through the journal management system for evaluation. The article reviewed by the referees in Cooperatives, Agriculture, Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Sociology, Social Psychology, Education, etc. They must fill in a form that includes their contribution to their fields and whether the article is published or not, and its justifications. The ethical responsibilities and roles of the referees of the INJIRR are as follows:
Referees only need to referee articles related to their specialty.
Referees are expected to agree to referee articles without conflicts of interest. When the referees notice any conflict of interest, they should inform the editor and refuse to referee the relevant article.
Referees should evaluate articles objectively and objectively.
Referees are required to fill in the Referee Evaluation Form for the articles they evaluate, and they are not expected to indicate their names on the forms in order not to damage the double-sided blind review process. In this form, referees should state their decisions on whether the article they evaluated is publishable and the reasons for their decisions.
The style used by the referees in their suggestions should be polite, respectful and scientific. Referees should avoid aggressive, disrespectful and subjective personal comments. When it is determined that the referees make such unscientific comments, they can be contacted by the editor or editorial board to review and correct their comments.
Referees are required to complete their assessments within the given time and are expected to comply with the ethical responsibilities stated herein.
General Responsibilities
The editor is obliged to make efforts to increase the quality of the journal and contribute to its development.
The editor needs to support authors' freedom of expression.
Relationships with Readers
The editor should make sure that the sections (letter to the editor, invited articles, conference announcements etc.) in the journal are not clearly stated.
The editor must make an effort to ensure that the published articles are compatible with the knowledge and skills of journal readers.
Relations with Referees
The editor should ask the referees to evaluate the articles appropriate for their knowledge and expertise. Thus, articles should be evaluated appropriately by experts in their field.
The editor is obliged to request that the referees indicate that there are no conflicts of interest regarding the article before evaluating an article.
The editor must convey all the necessary information regarding the referee evaluation process and what is expected from the referees to the referees.
The editor must ensure that the peer review process is carried out with double-sided blind review and not disclose the referees to the authors and the authors to the referees .
The editor should evaluate the referees based on their timing and performance.
The editor should create a database of referees and update the database according to the performance of the referees.
The editor must remove the referees who give rude and unqualified comments or return late.
The editor should update and expand the list of referees according to the referees' specialties.
Relations with Authors
The editor should constantly update the publishing and writing rules and the sample template regarding what is expected of the authors.
The editor should evaluate the articles that are sent to the journal in terms of journal writing rules, the importance and originality of the study, and if he decides to reject the article during the first submission process, the author must clearly and reasonably communicate the reason for this. In this process, if it is decided that the article should be revised in terms of grammar, punctuation and / or spelling rules (margins, referencing appropriately, etc.), the authors should be informed and given time to make necessary corrections.
Manuscripts should include submission and publication dates.
When the authors request information about the status of their articles, the authors should be informed about the status of their articles, so as not to disrupt the double-sided blind review process.
Relations with the Editorial Board
The editor should convey the publishing and writing rules to the members of the new editorial board and explain what is expected of them.
The editor should inform the editorial board members of the editorial and up-to-date version of the rules.
The editor should evaluate the members of the editorial board and elect the members who will actively participate in the development of the journal to the editorial board.

Publishers
Third Sector Social Economy Journal is published by Turkish Cooperative Organization. The publisher's ethical responsibilities are as follows:
The publisher acknowledges that the decision maker and the refereeing process are the responsibility of the editor during the article publishing process in the INJIRR.
The publisher provides open, electronic and free access to the journal on the journal's website.
Plagiarism and Unethical Behaviors
All articles submitted to the INJIRR are scanned by IThenticate ( http://www.ithenticate.com/ ) or Turnitin ( https://www.turnitin.com/ ) software program before they are published . Articles with a similarity of 20% or less are accepted for publication. Articles exceeding this rate are examined in detail and, if necessary, are sent back to the authors for review or correction, and if plagiarism or unethical behavior is detected, their publication is refused.
Some unethical behaviors are listed below:
Indicating the people who do not contribute to the study as an author.
Persons who contributed to the study are not specified as authors.
If the article is produced from the author's master's / doctoral thesis or a project, this is not stated.
Slicing, that is, publishing multiple articles from a single study.
Conflicts of interest regarding the submitted articles are not reported.

Open Access Policy
The importance of the problems modern society is facing has been consistently discussed not only in the academic discourse. Therefore, in addition to the academic audience, the journal is also aimed at non-academic readers interested in discussing the fundamental problems of modern society, biomedical and related sciences. As the journal is working for becoming a platform for full-scale discussion of these problems, it follows the policy of open access to its publications. All contents of the journal are available free of charge to its users on the journal's official website upon publishing the issue. The users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search and find full texts of the published articles without the prior permission of the publisher or the publication’s author.
Licensing and Attribution of the Published Works
INJIRR is an open access journal and all published works are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).
In this journal, the authors keep the copyrights of their published materials with them, but the authors are aggee to give an exclusive license to the publisher that transfers all publishing and commercial exploitation rights to the publisher. The puslisher then shares the content published in this journal under CC BY-NC-ND license. Any further distribution of the articles from this journal must maintain attribution to the author(s) and the title of the work, journal citation and DOI.
Self Archiving
This journal permits and encourages authors to post items submitted to the journal on personal websites or institutional repositories not prior to but after publication, while providing bibliographic details that credit its publication in this journal.
Price Policy
An article processing charge (APC), also known as a publication fee, is a fee which is sometimes charged to authors to make a work available open access in either an open access journal or hybrid journal.
At present, INJIRR does NOT charge authors article submission fees and it does NOT charge article processing/publishing fees either.
