Seminal vezikül kistleri doğumsal ya da edinsel olarak karşımıza çıkar ve ejekülatuar kanalların tıkanıklığına bağlı

olduğuna inanılır (1). Seminal vezikül kistleri nadir olarak görülür ve genellikle asemptomatikdirler. Çalışmamızda, her iki

yan ağrısı ve prostatizm benzeri şikayetler nedeniyle kliniğimize başvurması sonucu konjenital seminal vezikül kisti

saptanan 32 yaşında erkek olgu sunulmaktadır
