In this study, it has been aimed to determine whether patient rights practice perceptions differ or not, according to some demographic variables. For this purpose, a patient rights practices scale has been applied to 240 patients and their relatives who received service from Mustafa Kemal University Health Practice and Research Hospital and Private Antakya Academy Hospital. SPSS 24 package program has been used in the study. Frequency analysis, number-percentage calculation, reliability analysis, independent sample t test and ANOVA analysis (one-way analysis of variance) methods have been used in the study. As the result of the study, it has been determined that the perceptions of the participants towards patient rights practices differed in a statistically significant way according to the type of hospital and educational status.
