İş Analizi, İş Ölçümü ve İş Tanımının Performans Yönetimi ile Bağlantısı Üzerine bir İnceleme

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, performans yönetimi süreci ile doğrudan ilgili olan iş analizi, iş
ölçümü ve iş tanımı aşamalarını ayrıntılı bir şekilde incelemek ve anlatmaktır. Ayrıca bu çalışma,
organizasyonlarda performans sisteminin kurulmasında bu üç aşamanın yeri, etkisi ve rolünü
açıklamayı amaçlamaktadır. İyi bilinir ki, örgütler uzun zamandır yetenekli çalışanları cezbetmek
ve elde tutmakla ilgilenmektedir. Bunun temel nedeni sürekli değişen küresel bir ortamda rekabet
edebilmek için işgücünün beceri ve yeteneklerine bağlı olmalarıdır. İnsan kaynaklarını etkili
şekilde yöneten ve kullanan örgütlerin bunu başaramayan örgütlere göre gelecekte daha başarılı
olacakları kaçınılmazdır. Örgütlerde insan kaynaklarının etkili kullanımı ise, güçlü bir insan
kaynakları politikası ile gerçekleşmektedir. Dolayısıyla, İnsan Kaynakları Yönetiminin çeşitli
işlevlerinin etkili bir şekilde yerine getirebilmesi, öncelikle işler hakkında sistemli bir şekilde elde
edilen bilgileri gerektirmektedir.
