The adenomatoid tumour is a rare tumour of the mesothelial system, often developing in the testicular tissue. Its development in the female genital system has been reported in the uterine corpus and fallopian tube. Most reported patients are asymptomatic, and diagnoses are made incidentally after surgeries performed for other indications. In the reported symptomatic cases, since there are clinical, abnormal uterine bleeding or myoma uteri-like masses and compression symptoms, the preliminary diagnosis is often myoma uteri, detected in the muscular or serosa layer of the uterus. In this case report, the development of the tumour in the cervix, which is recorded for the second time in the literature, will be discussed.
