Dengenin Belirlenmesinde Anaerobik Performansın Rolü

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı dengenin anaerobik performansın üzerindeki rolünün belirlenmesidir. Çalışmaya, Bartın Üniversitesi Spor Bilimleri Fakültesinde eğitim gören 16 erkek öğrenci gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. Çalışmaya katılan deneklerin anaerobik performans belirlenmesinde Wingate anaerobik güç ve kapasite testi (WAnT) kullanılmıştır. Denge değerlerinin belirlenmesinde ise statik denge testi kullanılmıştır.
Yapılan Pearson Çarpımlar Moment Korelasyon sonucunda elde edilen sol bacak gözler açık ölçümde kullanılan çevre ile relatif anaerobik güç arasında (r=,532; p=,034), sağa sola salınım ile anaerobik güç arasında (r=,525; p=,037), sağ bacak gözler açık ölçümde kullanılan çevre ile relatif anaerobik güç arasında (r=,543; p=,030), aynı şekilde kullanılan çevre ile relatif anarobik kapasite arasında (r=,675; p=,004) anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Çift bacak statik denge ölçümlerine baktığımızda gözler kapalı y eksenine yapılan basınç ile relatif anaerobik kuvvet arasında (r=,510; p=,043) ve x eksenine yapılan basınç ile relatif anaerobik kuvvet arasında (r=,561; p=,024) anlamlı pozitif bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Diğer taraftan denge değerlerinde ile diğer değişkenler arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunamamıştır (p>0.05).
Sonuç olarak çalışmadaki bulgular anaerobik performansın denge üzerinde belirleyici rol oynadığını göstermiştir.
