Türkiye Masa Tenisi Genç Milli Takım Aday Sporcularının Vücut Kompozisyonu Ve Biyomotor Performans Parametrelerinin İncelenmesi

Abstract




















Amaç: Bu araştırma Türkiye Masa Tenisi Genç
Milli Takım aday sporcularının vücut kompozisyonu ve biyomotor performans skorlarını
belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Materyal ve Metot:
Örneklem grubunu milli takım kampına katılan Türkiye Masa Tenisi Genç Milli
Takım aday sporcularından 20 kadın ve 14 erkek olmak üzere toplam 34 sporcu
oluşturdu. Katılımcıların antropometrik özellikleri tespit edildi ve biyomotor
performans testleri uygulandı. Bulgular:
Cinsiyetler arası ilişki incelendiğinde biyomotor performans skorlarında
esneklik dışında tüm testlerde erkeklerin lehine anlamlı farklılık tespit
edildi (p<0.05). Somatotip vücut tiplerinde kadınlar ve erkekler arasında
endomorfi ve ektomorfi puanlarında anlamlı farklılık bulundu (p<0.05), ancak
mezomorfi puanları açısından cinsiyetler arası bir farklılığa rastlanmadı
(p=.648). Tüm katılımcılar incelendiğinde endomorfi puanları ile
çeviklik
(r= .599), 0-5 m (r= .546) ve 30 m (r= .618) arasında
orta
düzeyde pozitif yönde, endomorfi puanları ile AS
(r= -.611),
SS (
r= -.645) ve MaksVo2 (r= -.609)
skorları arasında orta düzeyde negatif yönde anlamlı ilişki tespit edildi.
Katılımcıların ektomorfi puanları ile AS (r=.409) ve SS (r=.439) arasında düşük
düzeyde pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişki tespit edildi. Ancak mezomorfi puanları
ile motor performans skorları arasında anlamlı ilişki bulunmadı (p>0.05).
Bununla birlikte
VYO ile çeviklik, 0-5 m ve 30 m arasında orta
düzeyde pozitif yönde (p= .000), VYO ile AS, SS ve MaksVo2 arasında yüksek
düzeyde negatif yönde (p= .000) ve son olarak VYO ile bacak kuvveti (p= .007)
ve SS-Ang (p= .047) arasında düşük düzeyde negatif yönde anlamlı ilişki tespit
edildi.
Sonuç: Araştırma
sonunda elde edilen bulgular ile Türkiye Masa Tenisi Genç Milli Takım aday
sporcularının antropometrik ve enerji metabolizmaları hakkında detaylı bilgi
sağlandı.
