VOLEYBOLCULARA UYGULANAN MÜSABAKA DÖNEMİ ANTRENMANLARININ İZOKİNETİK OMUZ KAS KUVVETİ SMAÇ HIZI VE SIÇRAMA YÜKSEKLİĞİNE ETKİSİ

Yapılan çalışmanın amacı voleybolculara müsabaka döneminde (13 Hafta) uygulanan antrenmanların izokinetik omuz kas kuvveti, smaç hızı ve sıçrama yüksekliğine etkisinin incelenmesidir. Çalışmaya 9 elit kadın voleybolcu gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. Katılımcıların (60°s-1 ve 180°s-1) izokinetik omuz kas kuvveti izokinetik dinamometre, smaç hızı radar cihazı ve dikey sıçrama yüksekliği vert jump ile belirlenmiştir. Voleybolcuların izokinetik omuz kas kuvveti, smaç vuruş hızı ve dikey sıçrama yüksekliği performanslarının ön test-son test arasındaki farklılık Wilcoxon Testi ile belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre 13 hafta boyunca uygulanan voleybol antrenmanları, sporcuların izokinetik omuz kas kuvveti, smaç hızı ve dikey sıçrama performanslarını son testte istatistiksel olarak anlamlı şekilde artırdığı tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak voleybol antrenmanlarının branşa özgü teknik becerilerde ilerleme sağlaması beklenen bir durumdur. Bununla birlikte branşa özgü tekniksel hareketlerin antrenmanlarda ve müsabakalarda tekrarlı kullanımı; uygulanma esnasında harekete katılan fiziksel uygunluk parametrelerinin de gelişmesinde önemli bir etken olduğu söylenebilir.
