SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORT ADMINISTRATION COUNCIL -OBSERVATIONS AND EVALUATION IN TERMS OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW
Abstract
Supporting of small and medium-sized enterprises is a requirement of economic
public order. For this goal in our legal system, Small and Medium Enterprises
Development and Support Administration Council which has a public legal personality is
established. This administrative unit has some features in fulfilling its duties by law, the
tools used and the law applied to it. In this study, the organization structure of institution is
examined in terms of administration law principles.
