THE AGREEMENT OF THE SPOUSES IN DIVORCE BY JOINT REQUEST
Abstract
The divorce by joint request is one of the ground for divorce for the spouses who
want to terminate the maritial union. The divorce decree can be issued with conditon that
the spouses submit a comprehensive agreement on the consequences of divorce along wşth
any necessary documents and with joint applications in respect of the children and the
judge will approve this agreement. This agreement which is one of the material conditions
of the divorce by joint request, can be made by the fullfilment of the certains conditions by
the spouses and the judge. The subject of this study is the examination of the agreement
between the spouses.
