Kuzeybatı Suriye'de Erken İyileşmede Sivil Toplum Kuruluşlarının Rolü

Abstract

Artan insani ihtiyaçlar ve genişleyen insani kriz ışığında, insani ihtiyaçları karşılamak için daha sürdürülebilir ve verimli çözümler aramak gerekiyordu. Suriye'nin kuzeybatısındaki erken kurtarma (ER), oldukça hassas bir siyasi konu olarak kabul edilen yeniden yapılanma konusuyla olası örtüşmeler nedeniyle karmaşık bir dosyaydı. Bu karmaşık bağlamda, Sivil toplum kuruluşları (STK'lar) Suriye'nin Kuzeybatısı'nın (NWS) erken toparlanmasında çeşitli boyutlarda önemli bir rol oynamıştır ve bu makale bu rolü ve beklentilerini kısaca tartışmaktadır.

Civil Society organizations' role in Early recovery in Northwest Syria

Abstract

In the light of the increasing humanitarian needs and the extending humanitarian crisis, it was necessary to look for more sustainable and efficient solutions to meet the humanitarian needs. Early recovery (ER) in northwest Syria was a complex file because of the possible overlapping with the issue of reconstruction which is considered a highly sensitive political issue. in this complicated context, Civil society organizations (CSOs) played an important role in the North-west of Syria (NWS) early recovery in several dimensions and this article discussing this role and its prospects shortly.
