Perakende Sektöründe Sendikalı ve Sendikasız İşçilerin Adalet(Sizlik) Algıları ve Sendikacılık Bağlamında Bir Tartışma

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, perakende sektöründe faaliyet gösteren sendikalı ve sendikasız iki işletmede çalışan toplam 226 işçinin adalet algısı düzeyini göstermek ve sendikalı-sendikasız olma durumuna göre adalet algısı düzeylerinin değişip değişmediğini tespit etmektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda geliştirilen adalet algısı ölçeğinin gayet güvenilir ve geçerli bir ölçek olduğu yapılan faktör analizi ve güvenirlik analizi sonrası ortaya çıkmıştır. Bulgular işçilerin yüksek bir adaletsizlik düzeyinde olduklarını ve bu düzeyin sendikalı ve sendikasız olma durumuna göre değişmediğini ortaya çıkarmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda, yüksek adaletsizlik düzeyinin sendikasız işçilerin örgütlenmesi için sendikalara bazı fırsatlar sunduğu iddia edilmekte fakat sendikalı olan işçilerin çalışma koşullarının iyileştirilmesi ile ilgili de sendikaların alması gereken ciddi önlemler olduğu vurgulanmaktadır.

Abstract

This study has investigated that a level of (in)justice perception of 226 workers in unionized and non-unionized retail sector, and the study has determined whether a difference between two groups in the context of these perceptions. In accordance with this purpose we have developed a scale which has been measured injustice perception of workers. This scale has been found valid and reliable after it has been tested factor and reliability analysis. The results of this study have roughly been summarized as follows (1) workers have sensed a high level of injustice perception and (2) the level of this perception has not been included a difference between union and non-union workers. At the end of this study has been claimed that unions have such opportunities for unionise to non-union workers due to their high level of injustice perception, however, has also been emphasized that unions should take measures for union workers against their high level of injustice perception and poor wages.
