Abstract

Çalışma, fordist birikimin krizi sonrası neoliberal yeniden yapılanma sürecinin, iş organizasyonu ve çalışma ilişkilerinde yarattığı dönüşümü ve bu dönüşümün ekonomik demokrasi açısından sonuçlarını sergilemektedir. Neoliberal yapılanma, üretimin-sermayenin uluslararasılaşmasında yeni bir aşamaya geçişle karakterize edilebilir. Bu süreç, karlılığı dünya ölçeğinde arttırmayı ve maliyetleri düşürmeyi ilke edinen yeni bir rasyonelleştirme biçimi ortaya çıkarmıştır. Yeni rasyonelleşme modeli, sermayenin kendisini sınırlayan fordist düzenlemelerden kurtulması ve karlılığın işgücünün pozisyonunun zayıflatılarak düzeltilmesine yönelik uygulamaları içermekte ve ekonomik demokrasi açısından son derece olumsuz bir tabloya işaret etmektedir.

Neo-Liberal Re-Structuring Process And Economic Democracy

Abstract

In this study, consequences of transformation created by neo-liberal re-structuring transformation process entered in the aftermath of crisis in fordist experience over business organisation and working principles, with respect to economic democracy are all being exhibited. Neo-liberal structuring process can be characterised with introduction of a new phase in internationalisation of production-capital. This process lead to a new form of rationalisation that adopted the principle of increasing profitability at a global scale and decreasing costs. The new rationalisation model, Includes implementations towards being relieved from fordist arrangements limiting capital itself and improvement of profitability by weakening the position of labour and refers to an extremely negative scene with respect to economic democracy.”
