Kurutma Havası Sıcaklığının Kızılcığın Kuruma Süresi ve Sorpsiyon Eğrisine Etkisinin Deneysel İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, bir konvektif kurutucuda kurutulan kızılcığın kuruma davranışına, kurutma havası sıcaklığının etkisi deneysel olarak incelenmiştir. Ayrıca, kuru kızılcığın, farklı sıcaklık ve denge bağıl nemlerinde sorpsiyon eğrisi belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen kuruma eğrileri, üç farklı ince tabakalı kurutma modeline yerleştirilmiş (Lewis, Henderson ve Pabis ve iki terimli eksponansiyel) ve kızılcığın kurumasını tanımlamada iki terimli eksponansiyel ve Henderson ve Pabis modellerinin uygun olduğu belirlenmiştir
