Abstract
Ahmet YAKUPOĞLU was born in Kütahya in 1920. He is one of the most important painters, miniaturists and neyzens (performer of the ney). He is actually serving as an artist in his city. Yakupoğlu is an academician, having studied at the Art Academy in Istanbul. He had given many solo concerts with ney in Kütahya, Istanbul and Konya. Our aim in this article is to introduce his personality of Neyzen
