Politization of Legal Justice Based on the Sultanete in the History of Islam (Umayyad-Abbasid)

Abstract

Islam that accepts justice as a basis of its belief system has used this basic principle in its all institutions of the society. The first generation that received divine revelation obeyed the divine law unconditionally in the guidance of Prophet Muhammad that they were not accustomed this kind of obeying previously.
