Abstract

Muhibbî mahlaslı Kanûnî Sultan Süleyman’ın gazellerinden oluşan hacimli divanında yemin ifadeleri de kullanılmıştır. Bu ifadelerin bir kısmı, İslâmî gelenekte yer alan sözcüklerle oluşturulmuştur. Diğer bir kısım yemin ifadeleri de vardır ki onları ancak kültürel anlamda yemin kabul edebiliriz

Swear Forms in ‘Muhibbî’s Dîwân’

Abstract

According to the Islamic rules, if someone swears to do something with using the utterance of Allah, or with using the names of Allah or His attributes, or if someone swears on something what the Holy Qur’an sweared on, it means that the deed that someone sweared on it has to be done. If someone swears to do someting, it must be used sacred, holy and lofty utterances. And also according to the Islamic rules, it is not accepted to swear with telling lies. There are some swear forms in Muhibbî’s Dîwân, Muhibbî is an important poet in Islamic Literature. In this writing we focused on this swear forms which used in Muhibbî’s Dîwân
