İtkan Journal of Academic Research is a peer-reviewed academic journal. Articles submitted to İtkan Journal of Academic Research are evaluated using a double-blind peer review system.

The journal aims to contribute to the field of religious studies both nationally and internationally by offering a scholarly platform for researchers working in the field of Religious Studies in general and Islamic Sciences in particular to share their academic work.

The journal seeks to publish and disseminate scholarly works prepared in Turkish, Arabic, or English—including research articles, book reviews, and symposium evaluations—within the field of Social and Human Sciences/Religion.
