Innovation and Performance: A Research on Firms Using High Technology

Abstract

 The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between innovation and operational and financial performance of firms. A survey was conducted on 150 SMEs operating in Istanbul, Ankara and Antalya with high technology. In the study, Zhining Wanga and Nianxin Wang (2012) were developed and a highly reliable scale adopted in international literature was preferred. In the analysis results, there is a positive relationship between innovation and firm performance.
