Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Amaçları ve Kurumsal Sürdürülebilirlik Çerçevesinde “Sürdürülebilirlik Zirvesi: Değer Odaklı Yaklaşım Paneli” Doküman Analizi

Abstract

“Gezegenimizi hayatta tutmak adına sürdürülebilirlik bu kadar önemliyken uygulamada yanlış olan ya da eksik kalan ne?” sorusu cevaplanması gereken en temel soru olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. İşte bu noktada sürdürülebilirlik adına hem uygulayıcı hem örnek teşkil edici olan işletme yöneticilerinin ve akademisyenlerin kavrama bakışı önem arz etmektedir. Araştırmanın amacı, iş dünyasından uygulayıcıların ve akademisyenlerin Birleşmiş Milletler Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Hedefleri’nden en çok hangileri hakkında görüşlerinin olduklarını tespit etmek ve bu konuda çözüm geliştirmektir. Nitel araştırmamızın verileri, Harvard Business Review Türkiye dergisinin “27 Nisan 2021 tarihindeki Sürdürülebilirlik: Değer Odaklı Yaklaşım Paneli”ndeki katılımcılardan elde edilmiş olup verilerin çözümlenmesinde içerik analizi kullanılmıştır. Tematik analizler MAXQDA nitel veri çözümleme programı kullanılarak çözümlenmiştir. Genel olarak baktığımızda Birleşmiş Milletler Sürdürülebilirlik Hedefleri kapsamında yapılan kodlamada araştırma kapsamındaki panel katılımcılarının üzerinde en fazla durdukları kodlar; “barış, adalet ve güçlü kurumlar”, “amaçlar için ortaklıklar”, “karasal yaşam” ve “insana yakışır iş ve ekonomik büyüme”dir. Bu sonuç sürdürülebilirlik kavramının ruhuyla birebir örtüşmektedir.
