During the late decades of 19th century, by the high interest of Abdulhamid II a new art environment appeared in imperial palace and its surroundings. In Yıldız Çini Fabrika-i Hümayun, which was founded by Sultan Abdulhamid II, domestic and foreign painters decorated produced porcelain objects, and some of them painted views and landscape of Istanbul. While examining depicted landscapes on these very valuable items, it is possible to observe that the artist took advantages of photograph.
ÖZET
19. yüzyılın son döneminde, Sultan II. Abdülhamid’in sanata yoğun ilgi duyması ile özellikle saray ve çevresinde yeni bir sanat ortamı doğmuştur. Sultan tarafından kurdurulan Yıldız Çini Fabrika-i Hümayun’da görev alan dönemin yerli ve yabancı ressamları, imal edilen porselen objeleri bezemiş, bir kısmına da İstanbul manzaraları resmetmişlerdir. Bu değerli eserler üzerinde yer alan manzara tasvirleri incelendiğinde sanatçıların fotoğraftan yararlandıkları görülmektedir.

ABSTRACT
