FİZİK ÖĞRETMENLERİNİN SINIF YÖNETİMİNE YÖNELİK YAKLAŞIMLARININ MESLEKİ DENEYİM VE OKUL TÜRÜNE GÖRE DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, orta öğretim kurumlarında çalışan fizik
öğretmenlerinin sınıf yönetimine İlişkin tutum ve inançlarını
değerlendirmektir. Ayrıca, fizik öğretmenlerinin çalışma süreleri ve çalıştığı
kurum değişkenine göre sınıf yönetimine olan yaklaşımlarında fark olup
olmadığı araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla, Martin ve Baldwin'in (1998) Sınıf
Yönetimine Yönelik Tutum ve İnanç anketinin Türkçe çevrisi Diyarbakır il
merkezindeki özel ve devlete ait orta öğretim kurumlarında görev yapan 63
fizik öğretmenine uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde; frekans,
aritmetik ortalama, yüzdelik ve t-testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçları,
genç fizik öğretmenlerinin sınıf yönetiminin Davranış Boyutu alt boyutunda
çok disiplinci, Ders Yönetimi ve İnsan Yönetimi alt boyutlarında ise
disiplinci bir yaklaşıma sahip olduklarını göstermiştir. Ancak, fizik
öğretmenlerinin sınıf yönetimine yönelik yaklaşımlarında, çalışma süreleri
ve çalıştığı kurum değişkenlerine göre anlamlı bir farklılık görülmemiştir.
