MİDE REZEKSİYONLU HASTALARIN ENDOSKOPİK DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, mide rezeksiyonlu hastalarımızın endoskopik bulgularını inceleyerek reflü, ülser ve malignite sıklığını tesbit etmekti. Gereç ve yöntem: Bu çalışmada Nisan 1998, Temmuz 2005 tarihleri arasında hastanemiz İç Hastalıkları Endoskopi Ünitesinde yapılmış olan gastroskopik incelemelerden, opere mide tesbit edilen 168 vakanın endoskopik bulguları retrospektif olarak incelendi. Bulgular: 168 hastanın 131’i erkek, 37’si kadın; yaş ortalaması 57; yaş dağılımı 30-85 idi. Vakaların endoskopik bulgularının dökümü aşağıdaki gibi idi: 77 vaka (%45,8) alkalen reflü gastrit, 58 (%34,5) gastrit, 13 (%7,8) anastomoz ülseri, 4 (%2,4) malignite ve bir vaka (%0,58) polip. Sonuç: Değerlendirmemizde en sık rastladığımız endoskopik bulgu alkalen reflü gastrit oldu. Mide rezeksiyonlu hastalarda malignite gelişme oranının %2,4 olduğu ve bu değerin tüm gastroskopi sonuçlarımızı değerlendirdiğimizde elde ettiğimiz orandan (%1,75) yüksek olduğu sonucuna ulaşıldı.
