Abstract
This study aims to analyze the novel "Lightning" -focusing on hero written by Jean Echenoz in 2010 with a narratogical perspective. The novel is the third and the last book of a trilogy in which the author narrate three important persons lives: First book Ravel is about the musician Maurice Ravel, second one Running demonstrate one of the greatest runner Czech Emile Zritopek's career. Lightning turns to the life of a great inventor of the humanity in the field a/physics and mechanical engineering, Nikola Tesla who is presented as Gregor. Our work aims to show the narrative processes of a book which is considered as a biofiction by following hero S steps. Our purpose is to reveal the structure of the narration, Gregor S journey from birth to death and character S roles in this journey by narratological methods.

Abstract
Bu çalışma Jean Echenoz'un 201O yılında yayınlanan Şimşekler adlı romanının -kahramanı merkeze alarak- anlatıbilimsel açıdan incelenmesini amaçlar. Bu roman üç önemli kişinin hayatının anlatıldığı üçlemenin son kitabıdır. Ravel başlıklı ilk roman müzisyen Maurice Ravel hakkındadır, ikincisi ünlü Çek atlet Emile Zatopek'in kariyerinin anlatıldığı Koşmak' adlı romandır. Şimşekler ise Fizik ve mekanik mühendisliği alanında insanlığın büyük mucidi Nikola Tesla'yı Gregor ismi altında hayata döndürür. Çalışmamızda kurgusal yaşamöyküsü olarak kabul edilen romanın anlatı tekniklerini kahramanın izlencesini takip ederek göstermeyi hedefler. Amacımız romanının anlatı yapısını, Gregor'un doğumundan ölümüne kariyer izlencesini ve etrafındaki karakterlerin bu süre içerisindeki rollerini anlatıbilimsel olarak incelemektir.
