GÜMRÜK BİRLİKLERİNİN EKONOMİK ETKİLERİ VE TÜRKİYE EKONOMİSİ: GÜMRÜK BİRLİĞİ YANSIMALARI

Abstract

Entegrasyonlar, birleşme içinde olan ülke ekonomilerine serbestlik sağlayıp, ticarete engel oluşturan kısıtlamaları ortadan aldırarak, daha geniş bir pazara üretim yapmak ve büyük ölçeklerde üretim imkanı sağlayabilmek amacı ile oluşmaktadır. Entegrasyon içinde yer alan ülkeler işbölümü ve ortak tarifeler ile diğer ülkelere karşı, ortaklaşa hareket ederler. Kendi aralarındaki ticareti serbestleştirip, birlik dışı ülkelere karşı ticaret engelleri koyarlar ve bu uygulamaların olumlu veya olumsuz sonuçlarına katlanırlar. Bu çalışmada gümrük birliklerinin ekonomik etkilerini oluşturan sebepler üzerinde durulmuştur ve nihayetinde Gümrük Birliğinin Türkiye ekonomisine etkileri açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. 

 

                          ABSTRACT

The effect of custom union and reflection of custom union on economy of Turkey. Integrations, supply an independent trade to countries which are in assotiation with each other, abrogate the restriction that are barriers to trade, aim to marketing trough more large areas and aim to large manufacturing possibility to countries.The countries which are in integration, act collectively in the way of division of labour and common tariffs, also they make free trade between each other and put tarde barriers to countries which are not in the same association but in te way they should undergo its consequences. A customs union is afree trade area with a common external tarif. The participant countries set up common external trade policy, but in some cases they use different import quotas. Common competition polcy is also helpful to avoid competition deficiency. This investigation is studied on customs union's economic effects and is tried to explain Customs Union's effects on economy of Turkey.
