Abstract

This study aims to put forward the establishment philosophy, organizational structure and the scientific activities of ‘the Association of French Speaking Sociologists' in view of sociological developments in France and around the world during the establishment period of the Association. It is also aimed with this study to put forward the relationship between the Association and sociological thought and organizations in Turkey. The International Association of French Speaking Sociologists (AISLF-Association Internationale des Sociologues de Langue Française) is today an important sociological forum with numerous members where problems such as the route of sociological thought, methodological developments, cultural pluralism, new socialities, and local and global social problems are discussed periodically in different countries around the world. One of the countries where AISLF have held meetings is Turkey. From this perspective this study puts forward the relationship between the structure and study areas of AISLF and the sociological thought in Turkey.

FRANSIZCA KONUŞAN SOSYOLOGLAR DERNEĞİ ÜZERİNE

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı "Uluslararası Fransızca Konuşan Sosyologlar Derneği"nin kuruluş felsefesini, örgütsel yapısını ve gerçekleştirdiği bilimsel etkinlikleri derneğin kurulduğu dönemde dünyada ve Fransa'da yaşanan sosyolojik gelişmeler ışığında değerlendirmek ve söz konusu oluşumun Türkiye'deki sosyolojik düşünce ve organizasyonlarla olan ilişkisini ortaya koymak olacaktır. Uluslararası Fransızca Konuşan Sosyologlar Derneği (AISLF-Association Internationale des Sociologues de Langue Française) bugün dünyanın birçok ülkesinde çok sayıda üye ile sosyolojik düşüncenin seyri, metodolojik gelişmeler, kültürel çoğulculuk, yeni toplumsallıklar, lokal ve global ölçekli sosyal sorunlar gibi problem alanlarını düzenli periyotlarla tartışmaya açan önemli bir sosyolojik platform özelliği taşımaktadır. AISLF'nin son dönemde toplantılarını gerçekleştirdiği ülkelerden biri de Türkiye'dir. Bu açıdan çalışmamız, AISLF'nin yapısı ve çalışma alanları ile derneğin Türkiye'deki sosyolojik düşünce ile ilişkisini ortaya koyan bir çerçeveye sahiptir.
