Journal of Internet Applications and Management is a peer-reviewed international academic journal of covering topics of interest to all those researching and working in the sciences of information and internet applications management. The journal provides a platform for the exchange of research results, knowledges, and strategies related to internet applications in marketing and management, including applied (engineering, health and education etc.) sciences.

Journal of Internet Applications and Management is published in English by the support of Pamukkale University. The journal also provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

The journal focuses on the following topics:

 - E-business, e-health, e-sport, e-learning, etc.

 - Marketing analytics, data mining, and neural network on the internet

 - Business intelligence on the internet

 - Social media and social networks

 - Digital marketing, mobile marketing, internet marketing

 - Web analysis, user experience, and user interface





  1. Manuscripts in English/Turkish are published in Journal of Internet Applications and Management.
  2. Writer(s) accept(s) that the manuscript is original, it was not sent to another journal to be published and it was not published before.
  3. Acceptation or rejection response of the manuscripts can change according to the duration of scientific advisory board’s examination. 
  4. It is required to keep all data of issued manuscripts for 5 years by the writer/s. 
  5. Manuscripts sent to the journal should be typed with Microsoft Word (minimum version is Microsoft Office Word 2003), top and bottom spaces with 3 cm., right and left spaces with 2,5 cm. You should use 11 pt. Palatino Linotype (or Times New Roman) font.
  6. The headline should consist of maximum 14 words. There should be names, surnames and institutions they work for under the heading in accordance with the author order. Address, phone number and e-mail address of one of the author should be given.  
  7. The abstract should be in Turkish and in English with the titles 'Özet' and 'Abstract', one paragraph that contains less than 200words. Keywords (4 to 10 words) should be presented under Turkish abstract with the name of 'Anahtar Kelimeler' and under English abstract with the name of 'Key Words'. Aim, subjects, data collection instruments, method, data analysis, shortly results and short conclusion should be presented in abstract.
  8. Text should contain an introduction, method, results, and discussion respectively. Method part should contain four titles which are; subjects, research group or sample, data collection instruments, method or data collection and data analysis.
  9. Tables and figures should be in their own places in the main body. Table numbers and titles should be above the tables. In the table titles initial letter of only first word should be capitalized, other words should be all small letters. 
  10. While using abbreviations, its meaning should be written in parenthesis in the first place it comes up.

Ethical Principles
The manuscripts to be sent to Journal of Internet Applications and Management (IUYD) must not have been previously published in another journal and have not been accepted the review process for publication. IUYD adopts standards set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) to implement broadcast ethics. In this context, it references the publication ethics flow charts developed by COPE in cases of abuse or violation of publication ethics.

IUYD adopts the blind referee process. In addition, the anonymity of the author(s) is the responsibility of the IUYD.

IUYD is clearly a party to intellectual and ethical standards in the event of a conflict of interest in a manuscript. It defines the ethical principles that the authors, referees, editor-in-chief, and editors are responsible for the subject

Articles in the Journal have open access and they have licensed as Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) (Licensing process continues). Readers, except for commercial purposes, can read, download, copy, search and provide full texts of journal articles without permission from the publisher or authors.


Reviewing Process
Each paper is reviewed by the cheif editor and, if it is decided suitable for the journal, it is then sent to minumum two independent referees for double blind peer review.

No fee is charged to the author or his/her institution in any way.
