Year 2019, Volume: 2 Issue: 2, 95 - 100, 18.12.2019

Abstract

Özet: Ektopik dişler,
alveolar ark dışında yerleşmiş veya normal lokalizasyonda yer almayan dişler
olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Etiyolojik faktörler arasında gelişimsel
düzensizlikler, enfeksiyon, travma ve idiyopatik nedenler sayılabilir. Vertikal,
horizontal veya inverse pozisyonda olabilirler. Genellikle rutin klinik ve
radyolojik incelemeler esnasında tespit edilirler. Ektopik dişin tanı ve
tedavisinin planlamasında bilgisayarlı tomografi önemlidir. Sunduğumuz bu makalede
mandibulada yer alan ektopik bir diş olgusu sunulmuştur.
