Bağışıklık Sistemi Desteklerinin Besin-İlaç Etkileşimi

Abstract

Sağlıklı bir yaşamın sürdürülebilmesi için bağışıklık sisteminin güçlü olması şarttır. Vücuda alınan besin kaynaklarından; yağ, karbonhidrat ve protein metabolizmalarında kullanılmak üzere elzem olan vitamin ve minerallerin eksiklik durumunda dışarıdan takviye alınması bağışıklık sistemini de desteklemektedir. Aynı zamanda kullanılması gereken ilaçlarla veya alınan besinlerle zaman zaman istenen, zaman zaman da istenmeyen etkileşimler meydana gelmektedir. Bu etkileşimler ciddi hastalıklara dönüşebilecek kadar hayati öneme sahip olduğu için açıkça bilinmesi gerekmektedir. Bu derlemede, bağışıklık sistemi organları, sistemi etkileyen faktörler, sistemi etkileyen besinler, sistemin destekledikleri ile desteklerinin besin ve ilaç etkileşimlerinin oluşturacağı olumlu ve olumsuz değerlendirmesine yer verilmiştir.
