Bir Cerrahi Endoskopi Ünitesi Üst Gastrointestinal Sistem Endoskopi Sonuçları

Abstract

Amaç: Çalışmanın amacı bir genel cerrahi endoskopi ünitesinde özofagostroduodenoskopi (ÖGD) yapılan olguların endoskopik ve patolojik tanılarının retrospektif olarak değerlendirilmesidir. Gereç-Yöntem: Ocak2016 - Aralık 2016 tarihleri arasında Kayseri Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Genel Cerrahi Endoskopi Ünitesinde 1560 ÖGD işleminden biyopsi alınan 715 olgunun sonuçları değerlendirildi. Bulgular: Olguların 431’i (%60) kadın, 284’ü (40) erkekti, yaş ortalaması 49.3 ± 15.8 yıl ( dağılımı 15-91) idi. Endoskopik olarak gastrit tanısı alan 489 olgunun ortalama yaşı 47.5 ± 14.8 idi. Bu olguların 342 (%70)’inin histopatolojik olarak da kronik gastrit, kronik aktif gastrit, atrofik gastrit, yüzeyel gastrit ya da kimyasal gastrit saptandığı, 38’inde intestinal metaplazi, 5’ünde foveolar hiperplazi, 2’sine epitelyal displazi spatandı. 102 olguda ise biyopsi sonucunda patolojik bulgusu olmadığı ancak bunların 86’sında HP pozitifliği bulunduğu kalan 16 (%0,3) olguda ise normal biyopsi sonucu olduğu görüldü. Sonuç: Bir cerrahi ünitesinde yapılan endoskopi işlemlerinin endoskopik-patolojik tanı uyumluluğu değerlendirildiğinde yüksek tanı oranları olduğu görülmüştür.
