Chitosan Skalp Kesisinde Kullanılmalı mı?

Abstract

Kafa
travması nedeniyle 20 yaşındaki erkek hasta 112 tarafından acil servisimize
getirilmiştir. Hastada, sol pariyetal bölge arkasından başlayıp sağ
oksipitotemporal bölgeye uzanan yarımay şeklinde yaklaşık 15 cm’lik tam kat
skalp kesisi mevcuttu. Ambulansta basınçlı kompres uygulanmasına rağmen kanam
durdurulamamıştı. Kanama kontrolünün zor olduğu ve kanamanın chitosan
yardımıyla durdurulduğu deneyimimizi paylaşmak için bu vakayı hazırladık.
